By accessing or using the Voltra website (voltra.ai) and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Voltra provides software and related services for automotive dealerships (the "platform"). Access is provided under your agreement with Voltra, on a subscription basis.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these terms. By using our service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content, features, and functionality of the Voltra platform are owned by Voltra and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.
Your use of Voltra is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Dealership data uploaded to the platform remains the property of the dealership. We process this data solely to provide our services.
A dealership may use Voltra to send a customer a secure payment link by text message from Voltra's toll-free number. These texts are transactional: each one carries a payment link for a deal the customer is part of, and Voltra does not send marketing or promotional texts. A customer receives a text only after giving the dealership consent to be texted at that number.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with the deal. Reply STOP to any text to stop all further texts from that number, or reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voltra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
