Every vendor portal. One login.

40+ integrations out of the box — DealerTrack, RouteOne, vAuto, DealerSocket, Frazer, DealerCenter, and dozens more. Plus any tool that exports reports. You log in once.

Your toolbox has too many toolboxes

Count the vendor portals your team logs into every day. DealerTrack for deal submissions and funding status. RouteOne for lender decisions. vAuto for inventory pricing and appraisals. Your DMS for accounting and deal logs. Your CRM for customer follow-up. DealerSocket, DealerCenter, Rapid Recon, StoneEagle, Xtime — the list keeps going. Most dealers are running ten to fifteen different platforms with separate logins, separate passwords, and separate interfaces.

Each one of those systems has data you need. But none of them talk to each other. Your F&I data lives in DealerTrack and RouteOne. Your inventory data lives in vAuto and your DMS. Your customer data is split between the CRM and whatever your BDC team uses. To get a complete picture of how your dealership is performing, somebody has to manually pull numbers from each system, paste them into a spreadsheet, and hope the formulas are right. That's not a process. That's a prayer.

Systems Voltra connects

Voltra works with the platforms dealerships actually use. We don't just list logos on a page and hope you don't ask questions. We pull real data from real portals, normalize it, and present it in one unified dashboard. If your vendor has a web login, we can almost certainly connect to it.

Don't see your platform? We add new integrations regularly. If your vendor has a portal with data your dealership needs, tell us about it during your demo. We'll let you know the timeline to connect it.

If you want to understand the full scope of what dealership data integration solves day-to-day, read about how to consolidate dealership reporting across 12+ sources or see why too many dashboards is a dealership's hidden cost center.

How the integration works

You provide the login credentials for each vendor portal you want to connect. Voltra securely stores those credentials using industry-standard encryption and pulls data from each system on a daily schedule. The data gets normalized into a consistent format so you can compare F&I numbers from DealerTrack alongside inventory metrics from vAuto without opening either system. No IT department to involve, no middleware to maintain. We handle the technical work. You just see the data.

Why one login matters

No more password roulette

Your GM has a sticky note with eight passwords on it. Your F&I director can never remember the RouteOne login. Your desk manager has DealerTrack bookmarked but clicks the wrong one half the time. One login. One password. One bookmark. Done.

Cross-system insights you couldn't get before

When your inventory data and your F&I data live in the same dashboard, you can answer questions that were impossible before. Which vehicles generate the highest back-end profit? Which aged units also have the worst front-end margin? Voltra connects the dots between systems that never talked to each other.

Nothing to rip and replace

Voltra doesn't replace DealerTrack, RouteOne, or your DMS. Your team keeps using the tools they already know for deal submissions, lender routing, and accounting. Voltra just reads the data and presents it in one place. Zero disruption to daily operations. Your BDC team, your F&I managers, your accounting department -- nothing changes for them.

Common questions about integrations

Voltra works with 40+ platforms out of the box, including DealerTrack, RouteOne, VinSolutions, vAuto, Rapid Recon, StoneEagle, DealerSocket, Frazer, DealerCenter, Xtime, and many more across F&I, DMS, CRM, inventory, recon, and service scheduling. If a platform produces data or reports, Voltra can pull it in.

Yes. Voltra does not replace your DMS, CRM, or any other vendor tool. It reads data from the systems you already use and presents it in one unified dashboard. Your team keeps working the same way — deal submissions in DealerTrack, inventory management in vAuto, accounting in your DMS. Nothing changes operationally.

Most dealerships are fully connected within one week. During onboarding, you provide access credentials for each vendor portal. Voltra handles the technical configuration and data normalization. No IT department involvement required, no middleware to maintain on your end.

Voltra connects to DealerTrack through authorized data pulls using your existing credentials. F&I data — deal flow, funding status, product penetration, PVR — is pulled automatically on a daily schedule and normalized alongside data from your other vendor portals. Your F&I managers continue using DealerTrack for deal submissions and lender routing exactly as before.

The Voltra team will tell you directly what's possible and what the timeline looks like. We don't promise integrations we can't deliver. If it's a platform dealers commonly use, it's likely already on the roadmap or in active development.
